3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are not eligible for return. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items may take longer to process. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered first. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449 within India. However, please note that free shipping is not available for international orders and returns.
6. Can I exchange an item?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
10. Can I return sale items or gift cards?
