Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped in 3 to 5 days. Please note that personalized items may take longer to process. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered first.

Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer free shipping on prepaid orders. However, please note that international orders and returns are not eligible for free shipping.

Tracking: To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will provide you with tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once your order has been shipped. This way, you can easily track your package and know exactly when it will arrive.
